Who we are
Safely Home SF is an independent referral service. We match families in San Francisco and the East Bay with separately licensed, insured installers for wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, grab bars, door widening, and related accessibility work. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

- Information you give us. When you use our 60-second ballpark estimator or contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, and ZIP code.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect device and usage data — such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and match you with a licensed, insured installer.
- To provide and improve our service and the accuracy of our estimates.
- For advertising and analytics, as described below.

Cookies and advertising
We use advertising and analytics services from Google (including Google Ads and the Google tag) and Meta (the Meta Pixel). These services use cookies and device identifiers to measure the performance of our ads, to understand how visitors use our site, and to serve ads based on someone's past visits to our website or other websites.
Third-party vendors, including Google and Meta, use cookies to serve ads based on a person's prior visits to our site and other sites on the internet.
Opting out:

- Licensed installers — so they can assess and quote your project.
- Service providers — such as our customer-relationship and form tools (Airtable) and advertising/analytics vendors (Google, Meta), which process data on our behalf.

California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information. However, our use of advertising and analytics cookies from Google and Meta may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
